We take on board people`s views of delivery services and the general view is that they were poor, you want more options, as well as sensible charges based on the weight and size of the items you are ordering. So we researched all the couriers and picked the best available at various service levels. You can now choose from low cost “I’m not in a rush” to fully interactive, tracked and signed for “I need it really quick” deliveries.


Lower postage base rate.

We have reduced our base rate to £2.95.


Prices based on size and weight.

Vast majority of products will now be reduced to the new standard £2.95 rate.


Flexible courier options.

We now have three courier options to help you keep your postage costs down

  • Royal Mail
  • Tracked Service
  • DPD Fully interactive, tracked, & signed

If you order more than one of the same item number the standard base rate for that item remains.

Any additional item numbers added to your basket will be Just £1 per additional item number.

If you are a regular customer you may find becoming a HOCHANDA FREEDOM MEMBER will save you a huge amount on delivery charges. You will enjoy unlimited standard delivery for an unlimited number of orders per month for your monthly subscription of just £6.97.

FREEDOM MEMBERS also enjoy additional benefits, such as, up to 20% discount on selected products and a monthly newsletter. Freedom members will also have the option to upgrade to other delivery options available

If you`re not a HOCHANDA FREEDOM MEMBER, we have a delivery charging system, dependant on the size and weight of the product you are purchasing. If you order more than one of the same item number at the same time, you pay no extra and the rates below apply. If in the same order you order other item numbers you just pay an additional £1 per extra item number.

Returns & Refunds

Here at HOCHANDA, we understand there are times when you may wish to cancel or return your order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any order placed by telephone or internet to obtain a refund for any or all items purchased.

We offer a 14 day product approval period from the point at which you receive your order. If your order should arrive over more than a single delivery, this 14 day period starts from the date the final part of the order is delivered.

Any item returned due to being unsuitable should be returned in saleable condition and is to be returned at the cost of the customer. Upon receipt of the return, HOCHANDA will happily return the full purchase price of the products returned less any original shipping & handling costs. If any item is returned to HOCHANDA for a refund that is received in a damaged or unsaleable condition, HOCHANDA reserve the right to refuse a refund and may return the product to the customer.

If product is received faulty or damaged, HOCHANDA will offer a no quibble refund or replacement and will also cover the cost of return. If a refund is requested for a faulty product, HOCHANDA will refund the full cost of the original order along with any associated shipping & handling costs.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, this request should be made as soon as possible by contacting HOCHANDA customer services either by telephone, or email.

All returns require approval by HOCHANDA prior to being made. You should contact customer services before making any return. HOCHANDA reserve the right to refuse any return made without prior authorisation if it is outside of our 14 day approval period.
