2. Ordering from us
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement via email, detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
2.2 Your order is an offer to us to purchase the product specified in the order. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we accept payment or dispatch the product, whichever is the sooner. When we dispatch the product the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has not been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:

Order acceptance is subject to internal anti-fraud security checks which may result in the cancellation and refund of customer orders.

5.1 The price you pay is the price displayed through service at the time we receive your order, apart from if we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. While we try and ensure prices are accurate, our services contain a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on our website may be incorrectly priced.
5.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure found within our delivery section.
5.3 All product prices are shown in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) at the current applicable rate, unless specified otherwise.

Hochanda Freedom Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions of Membership ("Terms") are applicable to your membership to Hochanda Freedom and your purchase of craft products through the Hochanda website, over the telephone or through the interactive voice response service and our mobile applications ("the Hochanda Services").
Your membership is with Hochanda Freedom. The Monthly fee of £6.97 is charged per calendar month from the date of purchase. Hochanda reserve the right to adjust this membership fee at any time.
Club membership entitles you to:

- Members Badge – a pin badge to wear at events and shows
- Exclusive Members only discounts up to 20% on selected products, only when shown on screen

Please note that...
- Membership is only available to customers over the age of 18.
- If you make any purchase, taking advantage of any members benefits you will not be entitled to cancel your membership and receive any refund for your membership fee (notwithstanding your right to cancel).

A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

You acknowledge and agree that the Freedom Content is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only and that you may only display on a computer screen, download and print such material and content for such purpose, and for the purpose of making a purchase through this website. Masterclass Terms & Conditions
1. The Portal
The Portal is intended to serve as an online learning environment through which registered users ("Users") may subscribe to access live educational workshops ("Workshops") and associated study materials and products presented by craft experts ("Experts"). Subscribing Users will also interact with experts through the Portal. Hochanda offers for sale via the Portal certain products pertinent to the workshops (the terms applying to such purchase are available above)
2. Access to the Portal
- You have paid fees, if required, to enrol in any workshop
- You have set up a valid account (as defined below)
- Your use of the Masterclass websites, as permitted, is solely for your personal, non-commercial use
- You will not copy, upload, republish or distribute any part of the Masterclass website in any medium without Hochanda's prior written authorization
- You will not alter or modify any part of the Masterclass website other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the website for their intended purpose
- You will not reverse engineer, disassemble any part of the website
- You are at least 18 years of age
B. In order to access the Portal, you will have to create an account. You may never use another's account without his or her express permission and you may not provide another person with the username and password to access your account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Hochanda immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Hochanda will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorised use of your account. However in the unlikely event of Hochanda or others having losses, due to such unauthorised use of your account, these may be pursued with you. This will be only in extenuating circumstances and will be considered on a case by case basis.

4. Purchase of E-Tickets
The purchase of tickets on this site is subject to availability and subject to acceptance by Hochanda. We use our best efforts to ensure that the prices of tickets displayed are correct. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some tickets on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of a ticket you have ordered we will contact you to inform you of this error. You will have the option of continuing with the purchase at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you of the cancellation.
If we suspect that your ticket has been purchased fraudulently we may cancel your booking.

- Masterclass Live HD Interactive Join the workshop and craft along Live, in HD, through your account area on the Hochanda website. Watch and learn and fully interact with your favourite craft expert. Your chosen workshop will be saved in your account online for a limted time (extensions available)
- Masterclass Live HD VIP Join the workshop Live, as part of the VIP Studio Audience held at Hochanda’s premises (based in Peterborough) which will also include a tour of the studios, and a meet & greet of craft experts, guests, presenters and key members of the Hochanda behind the scenes team. Light refreshments will be provided. Estimated length of experience 4 hours. Your chosen workshop will be saved in your account online for a limted time (extensions available)
Skype connection facilities will be available for those of you that want the full interactive experience with screen in screen technology. This will allow you to speak live with the craft expert, show your projects progress as you craft along and get extra tips as you go.
“TRY ME” Masterclass join the workshop either live or as live. Your Try Me ticket price will include access to the masterclass for 60 days and a Kit of items that will be required to work along with the expert during the workshops.

6. Reselling your tickets
E-Tickets are for personal use only. E-Tickets sold or being offered for resale for commercial gain or profit is strictly prohibited and we reserve the right to cancel such tickets without refund and/or refuse access to the workshop.
7. Requesting refunds
E-Tickets cannot be refund or exchanged after purchase, unless outlined below. If you have purchased additional items/products with your ticket then you can cancel any of these items and may be entitled to a refund. Please refer to our standard terms & conditions above.
8. Cancellation, postponement or changes to your workshop
Occasionally for circumstances out of our control workshops may be changed, postponed or cancelled. It is your responsibility to check that the event is going ahead as stated, however we will endeavour to send you notification via email of such changes.
If your workshop is postponed your e-ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. In all cases your workshop will be available to you for up to 60 days from the date of the Live workshop. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Live workshop and you have purchased an interactive or VIP e-ticket you will be entitled to downgrade your e-ticket to non-interactive and receive a refund of the e-ticket price or request a full refund. If your event is cancelled, you will be able to obtain a refund of the e-ticket price including fees. In all cases we will contact you via email with full details of any cancellation or rescheduled workshop advising you the options available to you and the process to follow.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
A. "Content" means all content on the Masterclass and Hochanda Website, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein. Content is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under EU laws.
B. Content on the Portal and Hochanda website is provided to you "as is" for your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners. Hochanda reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Portal, Hochanda website and the Content. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Content from other Users other than as expressly permitted herein. In no event shall any Content be used for any website, application or publication of any sort which is competitive with the Portal and Hochanda website. For the sake of clarity, a website, application or publication is competitive if it distributes, publishes or otherwise makes available by any means educational workshops/courses and materials in any field or if it is otherwise competitive with any business activities of Hochanda and/or its websites. If you download or print a copy of the Content for personal use, you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security related features of the Portal or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on use of the Portal or the Content therein.
Hochanda may close or delete your account on the Portal and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Portal (or any portion, aspect or feature thereof) for any reason, or no reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
