My order is not complete. I have only received part of the order. I had to email customer service to tell them of the situation. They informed me that they would inform the supplier and the rest of my order would be sent. I am still waiting.

I can see that we have contacted the supplier in regards to this order.


Unfortunately we have yet to receive an update regarding this matter.

Thank you to the customer service team for chasing up my missing pieces. I have still rated it only 3 stars as some pieces are still not there. In the show it stated templates and needles would be provided. They are missing. Also no instructions whatsoever so anyone buying the kit and not watching the show would be at a total loss. I do not think the bundle is good value for money.
